Former high-level executive at INICIA managed companies for over 25 years and has represented the Dominican Republic in regional negotiations and forums such as DR-Cafta and Caricom. During his career he acted as President of the Association of Industries of the Dominican Republic. He has a B.S. in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University.
